Each of our products has been formulated with the highest possible care and attention to detail.

If for some reason however, you are unhappy with the products you have purchased, please email hello@bareskinfood.com within five days of receiving the products to let us know the nature of your concern.

Please be aware that we will be unable to accept returns due to a change of mind, so please keep in mind when purchasing.

If you wish to cancel your order, please email hello@bareskinfood.com before it has been dispatched (you will be informed when your product has been dispatched via the email you registered with while making your purchase). After this time, a small restocking fee will occur and all shipping costs will be at the cost of the buyer.

If you have skin concerns, please do a patch test before using and it is recommended taking a ‘before’ shot of your skin in the unlikely event that a reaction occurs.

Please note that we will be unable to refund the cost of shipping unless it is at the fault of Bare Skinfood.

In the case of you having to return products to us, we recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Bare Skinfood will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
